What you’ll tentatively experience (highlights)

We’ll finalize the itinerary once the roster is locked, but your weekend is built around the best parts of Niagara, without rushing.

Possible trip highlights include:

• Niagara Falls at night (the lights + photos are unreal)

• Niagara City Cruises (the iconic boat ride into the mist~tentative)

• Fallsview walks + scenic lookout points

• Clifton Hill (fun, lights, shops, snacks, and “let’s act like we’re 12 again” energy)

• Niagara Parks attractions (one bundled experience or signature activity~tentative)

• A sisterhood dinner (one night we sit down together; no performing, just connection)

 

Note: Exact activities depend on group size, timing, and final booking availability.

Your estimated range ($750–$1,050 per person) is designed to cover the core trip expenses for participants.

Included (tentative):

• Hotel stay (3 nights) at Embassy Suites Fallsview (double/2-bed room share)

• Kentucky group transportation (charter bus plan or fly-in plan, based on paid deposit headcount of 25+ women)

• Core group itinerary + coordination (daily meet-ups, check-in support, trip ops planning)

• Signature group experiences (ex: a Niagara Falls attraction/cruise, final selection TBD)

 

Transportation Plan (Kentucky Participants Only/Based on Headcount):

• Charter Bus Plan (best value): Available only if 25+ Kentucky women are fully registered (deposit paid) by the Roster Lock Date.

• Fly-In Plan: If we are under 25 Kentucky deposits, we will pivot to a fly-in plan and total cost will increase due to airfare + travel logistics.

Out-of-State Travel Note:
Women traveling from outside Kentucky will coordinate and cover their own travel to arrive at Embassy Suites Fallsview (Canada) for check-in.

Deposit to Hold Your Spot by March 15, 2026: $75

 

Not included:

• Meals outside of what the hotel includes (Embassy Suites breakfast is typically included)

• Optional activities/add-ons (additional attractions, shopping, nightlife, etc.)

• Personal spending (souvenirs, snacks, etc.)

• Passport/ID costs

Important note about final pricing

Final pricing may shift based on:

• Room rates secured in the hotel block

• Transportation method and headcount

• Sponsorships/donations received (which may reduce participant cost)

 

Note: Donations and sponsorships may reduce the final participant cost. If sponsorship support changes pricing, registered attendees will be notified first.

• Roster Lock (no new adds after this date): April 1, 2026

• Payment Plan Window: April 1 – July 15, 2026

  • Pay over time, no last-minute chaos.

• Final Payment Due: August 1, 2026

  • Balances must be paid so lodging and travel can be secured with a buffer before departure.
